Return Policy + Shipping Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer full refunds to the original payment method with returns made within 10 days of receiving your order. After the 10 day period you can return your product for store credit or a different product.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at email@example.com with your order number, the item you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for your return. We’ll reach out to you with specific instructions on how to return your item. Please remember that Knee Deep Outdoors is not responsible for return shipping, and cannot guarantee that an item will be in stock in the event of an exchange.

Orders are shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays. Weekend orders can be expected to be shipped first thing Monday morning.
